My customer sent me a notice that they are using CQ. What do I need to do?
Get excited! By moving to CalcuQuote, your customer has made a great decision to increase the speed of their RFQ process. As a partner for your customer, there is no action from your side until you receive your first request.
How do I register for an account?

It's easy! The first time any customer sends a bid request to your email, you'll receive an email. In the email, choose "Access Bid" to take you to the registration page. 

Your username will default to your email address. All you need to do is create a password and confirm it. Simple as that! 

Once you setup your account, you can access your portal from login.calcuquote.com. 

Will this cost me anything?

How can I be trained on using bidCQ?

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Navigate to the login page (login.calcuquote.com) and choose "Forgot Password." 

Enter in your email address and submit. You will receive an email with further instructions to set a new password.
