Accelerate 2023 was attended by 100+ participants representing 31 companies. Just to name a few below.

What customers said about Accelerate 2023

I got to meet a lot of cool people,  specifically I did meet one other EMS owner and I'm excited to start talking to him. We're both on the hunt for good MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software. This other person is also interested in new ideas so it's nice to be able to connect with him. He has the exact same pain points, we are both searching for something. It'll be nice to connect and see what we decide on.

- VAS Engineering

I would come back to the conference. I picked up a lot of knowledge not only on the tool itself but getting to connect with other industry veterans who have been in the space a lot longer than me.  I've got to see their side of how their business works in terms of distribution, there's been a lot of stuff based on market intelligence, and macroeconomics of what's going on in the space, that I found helpful.

- ADL Technology

My favorite thing is definitely talking to other contract manufacturers that are not regional, so we have competitors regionally but I'm meeting so many CMS from other states dealing with the same problems but with different solutions. We're just bouncing ideas off each other and that's my biggest takeaway from Accelerate is it's kind of a hub for people from all over the world to come to talk about solutions to similar problems.

FAQs

How do I get to the Accelerate conference?

The conference will be held at the Drury Plaza Hotel Dallas Richardson.
HERE is a link to the conference venue on Google Maps.

Public Transportation

The conference venue is just a 3-minute walk from the Bush Turnpike Station. Riding on the DART typically costs about $3.00. The Orange and Red Line light rails will connect you directly from the conference venue all the way to downtown Dallas (if you want to do some sightseeing) and even to DFW airport. Not a bad deal for just $3!

Car

The conference venue offers free parking for guests of the hotel. There's also plenty of parking available along the streets near the hotel, and a large parking garage (free) two blocks over.

Rideshare

Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area surrounding the hotel.

Which airport should I fly to?

Dallas has two major airports, and both are convenient for accessing the conference venue.

Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL)

DAL is the primary hub of Southwest Airlines. So you'll find plenty of flights options there. The airport is more centrally located and has the amenities of most major airports.

Fun fact: DAL was commissioned in 1917 as a training base for the US Army Air Service during World War I.

Dallas Fort-Worth Airport (DFW)

DFW is a major international airport and the primary hub of American Airlines. It also has many other international and domestic airlines to give you maximum number of options. Most flights (other than Southwest) fly into DFW. DFW is also connected to the DART light rail system so you can easily go from the airport to the hotel in a single train ride (it takes about 1.5 hours by train).

Fun fact: DFW Airport is larger than the island of Manhattan and is the 5th busiest airport in the world.

Which hotel should I stay in?

We've got a conference rate at the Drury Plaza Hotel (just a short elevator ride to the conference venue). The hotel is clean and the staff is super friendly - the CQ team members who stay there say it's one of the best hotel experiences they've had.

To book your rooms using the conference rate, visit: Drury Plaza Hotel - Book and Stay

But hurry, the rooms at this preferred rate are limited and expected to sell out!

While we encourage you to stay at the Drury, here are some other options in the area:

Events will be structured as a combination of:

  • Presentations from industry leaders and subject matter experts

But if you are unable to attend due to a change in plans, illness, or travel disruption, we are unable to offer refunds for the ticket. If there are special circumstances you'd like us to consider, just email us at info@calcuquote.com.
